B.I.X — Privacy & Security Policy

Overview

B.I.X is a free retro-inspired brick puzzle game for iPhone and iPad. The app does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone, or camera.

Game data stored on your device

B.I.X stores game progress, best scores, preferences, selected language, difficulty, sound settings, and related gameplay state locally on your device using Apple platform storage. This information is used to provide the game and restore your preferences. B.I.X does not operate its own account database for this information.

Advertising and consent

B.I.X may use Google AdMob to display advertisements and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request or manage advertising consent where required. Depending on your region, settings, consent choice, and Google configuration, Google and its advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, device information, diagnostics, interaction data, approximate location derived from network information, or other data described in Google's policies. B.I.X itself does not sell personal information.

You can review available advertising privacy choices from the app's Settings screen when Google requires the privacy-options entry point.

Analytics

The current version of B.I.X does not include a custom analytics service operated by the developer. Advertising SDKs may perform measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics, or advertising-related processing according to their own terms and your consent choices.

Security

B.I.X minimizes data collection by keeping gameplay information on the device and by not requiring user accounts. App updates should be installed through Apple's App Store. No method of electronic processing is completely risk-free, but the app is designed to limit the amount of information handled by the developer.

Children

B.I.X does not knowingly request personal information directly from children. Advertising behavior and age-related configuration must comply with the App Store territory, Google AdMob policies, and the age rating selected in App Store Connect.

Third-party services

Google services used for advertising are governed by Google's own privacy terms. Apple's App Store and iOS are governed by Apple's privacy terms. Their practices are outside the direct control of B.I.X.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app's features, advertising configuration, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
